When I was 16 years old, I quit school.

I felt I wasn’t making the most of my time, so I decided to get a full-time job and attend night school instead. I’ve found my first tech support position with a small ISP.

After my army service, I started working at Israel’s largest ISP as a support agent. Several promotions later, I moved into Cyber, starting as a support engineer in a small startup that was acquired multiple times. With the acquisitions, I went from managing a small team in Israel to managing multiple teams supporting multiple products throughout Europe. What an incredible experience that was.

In the ensuing decade, I’ve gained experience leading all sorts of teams (Support, Onboarding, Success, TAM), at various companies (Cyber, Fintech, eCommerce, Marketing). My experience includes building teams from scratch, as well as scaling and optimizing existing teams.

My professional career has provided me with a great deal of practical CX experience. Customer service is my passion, and I have worked with customers most of my life. Also, I have discovered a serious love for people management. I view mentoring as an integral part of my management style, not an extra. This blog will give me a platform where I can combine my passions, employee experience and customer experience.
